Steve Morgan founded the company having worked for a number of Insurance brokers within the Lloyds insurance market. Previously Steve spent 10 years supporting and developing "Brokasure", the market leading Broking software from Rebus. During his time with Rebus, Steve implemented the system in Asia, mainland Europe and South America. Prior to this role, Steve worked for Chartered Accountants, preparing accounts and auditing.

Wayne Asker worked with Steve at a Lloyds insurance broker, providing system and network support, web design and implementation. Prior to this, Wayne worked for Lexmark UK, providing sales and training solutions for many multinational clients.

In mid 2003, Implement Technologies forged a relationship with "Broker's Quill", who provide a Commercial Insurance system. Implement exclusively sell, install, train on and support the system for commercial insurance brokers around the UK and Europe.
